You may not think it possible, but enjoying the experience of public speaking is not only achievable, it is an essential element of a successful performance!
So much of what makes you a good speaker is your orientation to the experience and what you want out of it. If you approach it as an opportunity to connect with people and give them the means to succeed, then it can become a positive experience of altruism and connection, rather that the usual dread. We are social animals, so looking at your presentation or speech as a communal experience--a chance for you to engage with your audience, look them in the eyes and take them on a journey of discovery--can be just as much of a thrill for you as it is for your audience.
So, have fun!
