How you comport yourself in front of an audience says more than you may realize: all kinds of subtle signals can be sent–just by how you stand, or how you use your hands–that communicate things you don’t intend and have no wish to convey.
Remember to either stand or move with purpose: whether you are standing still to deliver an important point, or moving to further the narrative of your speech, do so with confidence and certitude.
Anything less could make your audience question whether they should listen to you.
