In preparing for an interview, or for a presentation with time for questions afterwards, don't focus on specific questions that may be asked: prepare what you want your audience to know.
Think comprehensively about what messages you most want to communicate, then practice saying them out loud to an imaginary interviewer. Then, when you are being asked questions, you can boil down the question (as it's being asked) to a topic that touches upon one of your main points, and then give an answer that includes what you've rehearsed.
Remember: the people asking you questions are not in control of the conversation: you are.
