Don't Move!

But, if you must, move with a purpose...

Don't let your feet get the better of you when speaking to an audience: you may feel the impulse to engage in arbitrary movement, but it's much better to stand and deliver.

Movement around a stage can be a good thing, but only if it is furthering your narrative--taking you (and your audience) from one thought to another.

Move in order to stand tall and speak your mind.
