Don't let your feet get the better of you when speaking to an audience: you may feel the impulse to engage in arbitrary movement, but it's much better to stand and deliver.
Movement around a stage can be a good thing, but only if it is furthering your narrative--taking you (and your audience) from one thought to another.
Move in order to stand tall and speak your mind.
